Lead Early Childhood Teacher
The Lead Teacher works cooperatively with additional classroom teaching staff to plan and implement the daily educational program for children. Under the support of the Director, the Lead Teacher supports students in their academic, physical, and social-emotional development while utilizing best practices, data informed decision making, and effective classroom management and structures.
Assistant Teacher
The Assistant Teacher works cooperatively with Lead to plan and implement the daily educational program for children. Under the support of the Lead Teacher and Director, the Assistant Teacher supports students in their academic, physical, and social-emotional development. In coordination with other teaching staff, Assistant Teachers are responsible for implementation of our childcare programs, best practices within the field, and effective classroom management.
Floater
The Floater works cooperatively with Lead and Assistants to implement the daily educational program for children. Under the support of the Lead Teacher and Director, the Floaters supports students in their academic, physical, and social-emotional development. In coordination with other teaching staff, Floaters are responsible for implementation of our childcare programs, best practices within the field, and effective classroom management.
